If you have absolutely no experience you can try finding an internship somewhere where you can just learn the ropes or do a personal project, help a family or a friend just to get started on web designing. There are plenty of opportunities and jobs out there but generally there are to types of options that you have as a web designer. First, you can work at an agency or a service delivery company where you become an employee. The second option is freelancing where you get your own clients or be a part of a team in creating a project.
