Currently you will see these +1 icons in Google search results which is actually added by the search engine giant so users can get better listings when searching for information online. And as long as you’re logged in to your Google account, you have the option to click the +1 button for all Google’s search listings that appear on their search results page. By clicking on the +1 shows that you liked the content of a specific webpage and it associates your Google profile for all of your network to see. This is because Google has been trying to bring social search together for quite some time now and it looks like +1 is going to be the tool that will help Google achieve that goal. In fact, Google has already stated that the number of +1′s a webpage has will influence its search engine rankings in the future and right now Google is actually making a lot of changes to the results page; one of which is affected by the implementation of the +1′s which now have a major impact for websites to be seen in the listings of this search engine. It is for this reason that you have to include the Google +1 button to your website or blog to get more recommendations from your readers so it will rank well in the results pages.
